How do I book a Detroit Tigers suite?

To rent a suite at Comerica Park, click on the game you wish to attend via the BOOK A SUITE page which will show you available options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting us directly at 313-471-2260 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Tigers Premium Sales team will be in touch to coordinate details for your event. All tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only through the MLB Ballpark app.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes, all suites at Comerica Park are private to your group for rentals.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes, suites and parking at Comerica Park are ADA accessible.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)
  • Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative

Is payment required in full?

Yes, payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite. If you need to pay via company check or ACH wire transfer, please contact a representative at 313-471-2260 or [email protected].

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

What if my event is postponed?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is available through Delaware North, our suite concessionaire. Following your purchase, a representative will be in touch to get you further instructions regarding placing your catering order. We strongly suggest pre-ordering but a limited game day menu is available as well.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required and there is no catering minimum.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs" for my suite?

Yes, each suite rental includes the ability to purchase up to 5 additional suite tickets. Contact your suite representative to place your order for additional tickets.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

No, guest passes are not allowed for our rental suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you may purchase additional suite tickets up to the maximum allowed for the suite type. If you need more space, larger options may be available. Contact your representative for details.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children that have not yet reached their 3rd birthday will not require a ticket for admission to Comerica Park. Our suites offer a welcome, private, and secure space for families attending with young children.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Parking is included in the Tigers Garage which is located just north of Comerica Park and is attached via a skybridge for easy access to the building.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 2 hours prior to first pitch via the Tigers Garage skybridge.

If I have an issue with my suite on game day, who can I contact?

Please contact your Premium Sales representative if you have an issue on game day but we also have a dedicated game day staff at Comerica Park that can assist with any needs you might have.

Can I pay using a different payment method?

Payment can be made via credit card through Company check or ACH wire transfers are also acceptable but you'll need to contact a representative.
